pig

Is this your pig? If so, Lacey police Officer Hunter Heim has taken it into the custody of Thurston County Animal Services.

LACEY — Someone’s favorite bacon was squealing around town early Monday morning before a Lacey police officer captured the errant pig, turning it in to Thurston County Animal Services.
If it’s your little piggy, you can claim it at 360-352-2510.
Lacey Police Department reports that Officer Hunter Heim, working the graveyard shift, responded to a report of a “suspicious little piggy walking gin front of the Pacific Avenue Safeway store."
After he leashed the friendly porker, the two “hammed it up” for the camera before they took a trip to animal services.
“Someone probably misses their bacon,” Lacey police quipped in a Facebook post.
