SHELTON — Habitat for Humanity of Mason County is building House No. 27 in Shelton beginning Sept. 19
A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. that Tuesday at 325 Grandview Ave. The public is invited.
Habitat’s board and Executive Director Marty Crow said they are excited to build in the city again and some ground-moving at the home site has already taken place.

Habitat for Humanity of Mason County is a faith-based housing ministry partnering with the community to improve, maintain and build affordable quality housing for those in need.
By engaging the entire community, Habitat offers programs for people in need of affordable home-ownership opportunities and programs for current homeowners seeking to preserve their homes.
Since 1996, Mason County Habitat has worked with 24 families with 60 children in building homes and many more through our Home Preservation/A Brush with Kindness Program.
