Oly School

OLYMPIA — Olympia Parks and Recreation will facilitate a USDA Free lunch program this summer at both Garfield and Madison elementary schools.

Lunches are free for all children age 18 and under. Lunches will be served from noon to 12:30 p.m. from June 25 – August 17 (except July 4).

Garfield Elementary School, located at 325 Plymouth St NW, will be a hot lunch site, while Madison Elementary School, located at 1225 Legion Way SE, will be a cold sack lunch site. Parks and recreation officials said no registration is necessary.

Every day following lunch, kids 6-12 are invited to participate in the Summer Kids in Parks Program (SKIPP), a supervised, drop-in playground program. For additional information, view the Olympia Parks and Recreation SKIPP and Summer Lunch Program webpage.
