SHELTON (VIDEO) — The Panhandle Lake Camp near Shelton will host their fifth annual family fishing fun-day on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

All youth under age 15 are invited to attend with no affiliation with 4-H required. A fishing license is also not required to participate.

There is a $10 registration fee for each child that includes a new fishing rod and reel and a lunch voucher for the first 100 people to register.

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will stock the lake with rainbow trout for the event, which will also feature live music and food vendors.

Attendees are welcome to use Panhandle Lake Camp watercraft for a $10 charge or bring their own non-motorized watercraft to fish on the lake.

Panhandle Lake 4H Camp is located at 370 West Panhandle Lake Road, about 10 miles west of downtown Shelton.
