LACEY — Washington State Patrol seek the driver whose vehicle caused a chain reaction involving three other vehicle, then fled the scene Saturday.

The state patrol reports that a 2019 Harley-Davidson FLHT motorcycle driven by Patrick A. Walker, 56, of Kent was stopped for traffic at about 5:36 p.m. on northbound Interstate 5 on the Marvin Road exit ramp when a 2001 GMC Sonoma pickup truck driven by an unknown woman hit the motorcycle from behind, setting off the chain reaction.

The collision pushed Walker’s motorcycle into a 2006 Kawasaki EX250 driven by Dylan J. Lister, 26, of Darby. Lister’s motorcycle then was pushed into a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Jose L. Barrionuevo, 56, of Spanaway.

Walker was received minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital, the state patrol reports. Lister and Barrionuevo were not injured.

If found, the most motorist who fled the scene will be charged with felony hit and run, according to the state patrol. The cause was “failure to stop for traffic."
